Dear ARCH Cluster Representatives,

I am so very pleased to announce that-- after intensive commitment by Board and Committee Members-- we are ready to unveil our efforts to design a database of contractors with whom ARCH individual and/or Cluster and Condo Members have an experience of positive performance.  At a meeting on 27 February, at 7:00 PM, at Hidden Creek Country Club, the database developer will be prepared to demonstrate the functionality of the database and its ease of use to you.

The database has been designed using familiar drop down menus to access information about reputable contractors who provide the types of services you so often require in the maintenance of your individual properties or Cluster/Condo Common Areas ranging from roofing to paving, landscaping, tree care, fencing/decks, painting and a myriad other regularly required services.  The database will provide you the opportunity to input, access and share information across the ARCH Membership.

Brian Olivia, the ARCH Vice President and Procurement Committee Chair, and Diane Royal—ARCH Board Member and website developer-- guided the database developers in their work.  They are so very pleased with the manner in which the developers took ARCH’s desires defined in our Statement of Work and translated those desires into what will prove to be an outstanding working tool for ARCH Members.

The beauty of the database-- accessed by you on the ARCH website via Member password—is the simplicity of its use, and the opportunity for Members to input and obtain important information for and from other Members about vendors that have demonstrated quality service in their particular specialty.

IT IS SO VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU AND/OR OTHER MEMBERS OF YOUR CLUSTER/CONDO ORGANIZATION ATTEND THE 27 FEBRUARY MEETING TO UNDERSTAND THE IMPORTANT ELEMENTS OF HOW TO ACCESS, USE, SHARE, AND CONTRIBUTE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION TO THE DATABASE.

Sincerely,

GERALD R. VOLLOY, President
