PROCUREMENT SUPPORT
One of ARCH's foundational principles is to build a network of homeowner associations that will easily interact with one another to share resources and ideas. The network serves as a practical resource to homeowner association leaders in meeting day-to-day management and problem- solving challenges.
To that end, ARCH has developed the
Procurement Referrals Database (PRD), which allows our
Members -- via password and through ARCH's website -- to share supplier and contractor recommendations with one another, and to review and print these referrals.
Members are encouraged to log onto the PRD to add their referral regarding vendors/contractors with whom they have had a positive performance experience for work or services provided your Cluster/Condo or for you personally. The value and success of this important resource-to include the goal of obtaining contractor discounts for Members-- depends on our willingness as members of ARCH to provide recommendations, significantly expand the database, and to respond to queries from other Members.
